During the past 5 years there has been a revolution in the supercomputing world. This revolution has been based on the use of the GPU for general purpose computing. Many examples exist of programs that can do in minutes what it took hours, days or weeks on more conventional architectures. With the advent of software such as Jacket from AccelerEyes, we now have the potential to use MATLAB on high performance systems. The challenge is the ability of the researcher to gain access to these tera-scale devices as a testing platform. We are proposing and implementing a test bed for researchers that will have 100 teraflops (initially) and be open for testing of code prior to deployment. In this presentation we will provide an overview of an open platform that can be used by researchers to test and debug there code on a 100 teraflop GPU cluster.
